Whilst a facial sauna, wont, help remove you milia, it does have the fantastic ability to keep you skin free from the expansion of Milia and if you don’t actually have milia at the moment, don’t worry as a facial sauna is great for your skin overall. 

Heat from the sauna helps clear the skin pores and allows the dead skin cells and clogging impurities to be removed. Steam the face carefully for 10-25 minutes every day, for healthy clean pores.
